2 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. onions, minced
3 tsp. salt
2 c. sm. bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. horseradish
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. ketchup

Mix all ingredients well except ketchup. Pack in greased bread pan. Cover top with ketchup. Place in pan of hot water and bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
