NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. shortening (Crisco) 3 c. flour 1 lg. egg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vinegar 5 tbsp. warm water Cut shortening into flour. Beat egg and add last 3 ingredients. Then add that mixture to flour mixture. Mix lightly. Makes enough for 3 single pie crusts. |
