CREAMY FROZEN LIME PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 (8 or 6 inch) cookie crumb pie crust (I use graham cracker crumb crust)

In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add both milks and beat until smooth. With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute.

Pour into pie crust. Freeze at least 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes and garnish with lime slices, berries, or mint sprigs before serving.
