FROZEN BUTTERMINT AND LIME SALAD | |
32 - 34 oz. crushed pineapple and juice 6 oz. dry lime Jello 10 oz. mini colored marshmallows 7 oz. buttermints (crushed) 1 pt. whipped cream or 2 c. Cool Whip Mix pineapple and juice, Jello and marshmallows. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. In morning, add buttermints. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze 4 - 5 hours. |
