FROZEN LIME - BUTTERMINT SALAD 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. lime Jello (dry)
1 can crushed pineapple & juice

Mix above in large bowl, cover and let stand several hours or overnight. 3 drops green food coloring 1 buttermint pkg. (7-10 oz.)

Whip cream. Add green coloring and add to first ingredients. Carefully fold in the crushed buttermints, add nuts if desired and pour into greased mold or pan and freeze. Keep frozen until served. Enough for large mold or 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
