BACON CRUMB SHRIMP 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chives (opt.)
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 1/2 c. bacon flavored crackers, finely crushed

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, pepper and chives. Dip the raw shrimp into the butter and then roll them in the crushed bacon crackers. Place shrimp in a baking dish. Add the remaining crackers to the butter mixture and sprinkle onto the shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
