BAKED CHICKEN WITH GRAVY 
1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. cooking bag
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
3/4 c. water
6 chicken thighs
Salt, pepper, paprika
4 carrots, cut in julienne strips
1 c. sliced celery
1 med. onion

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Shake flour in bag. Place in 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Add gravy mix and water. Squeeze to blend. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, paprika. Place in bag. Add carrots, celery, onion. Close bag and make 6 half inch slits in top of bag. Bake 35-40 minutes. Stir gravy thoroughly before serving. Makes 3 servings.
