EASY BAKED CHICKEN & GRAVY 
1 frying chicken, cut up or chicken pieces
1 can cream of chicken or cream or mushroom soup

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Single layer skin side up (or skin chicken for fewer calories). In bowl mix soup and 1/2 soup can of water until smooth. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. After 1/2 hour turn chicken and continue baking. If more gravy is needed, remove chicken to platter, stir in 2 tablespoons flour and water for desired consistency. Serve with rice.
