BAKED SPINACH WITH BACON 
3 c. cooked, drained spinach
2 c. drained, canned tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 lb. American cheese, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon

In a buttered 2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of spinach, tomatoes, onion, chili sauce, crumbs, salt, paprika, and cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Sprinkle more crumbs on top.

Arrange bacon over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and bacon is crisp. Serves 6.
