BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. ground pork, browned
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. bacon
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, bacon and mushrooms. Top with cheeses.

In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and salt. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
