BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage or ground beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. frozen, loose packed hash brown potatoes (thawed)
5 eggs
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain off excess fat. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press dough over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar and Swiss cheese. (At this point, you can refrigerate the pizza. Add the following liquid mixture the next morning just before baking.)

In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 8 servings.

Variation: 1/2 cup chopped onion and bell pepper may be added after cheese, if desired.
