BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz) pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage and drain. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center; press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations; spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together; pour on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (Can also use bacon or ham, add a little onion.)
