1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. (choice) 1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate in large saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in egg and sugar. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into baking pan and bake. As soon as cake is taken out of the oven sprinkle on icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 pkg. chocolate
1/2 c. can milk
1 lb. sugar

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Bake 35 minutes.
