MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1 sm. jar marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
Butter & vanilla flavoring
4 tbsp. cocoa

Cream together butter and sugar. Add next 4 items. Gradually add flour and 1 egg at a time. Mix well. Add pecans. Bake in floured 9 x 13 inch pan, 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. While cake is hot spread on 1 small jar of marshmallow creme on top, then add icing.
