MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
Miniature marshmallows (enough to cover top)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Add flour, cocoa, and nuts, mixing well. Bake in 9x13 inch pan that is well greased and floured. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cover top with miniature marshmallows while hot. Cool cake before icing.

ICING:

2 sticks butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt butter; add milk and vanilla, then sugar and cocoa. Beat, then add walnuts and spread on cake.
