PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil (Crisco)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly. Spread in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees; 9 x 13 inch pan, 25 to 30 minutes; 10 x 15 inch pan, 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla, then sifted sugar. Beat until smooth.
