LOW FAT BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
3 1/2 lb. of chicken pieces (breast)

Skin the chicken pieces. Place in pieces skinned side down in a large, shallow baking pan. You may wish to line the pan with foil for easy cleaning. Baste the chicken pieces liberally with barbecue sauce, and place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, basting halfway through. Then, turn the chicken pieces over and bake another 25 minutes to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Basting occasionally.
