SWEET AND SOUR BEEF 
2 lb. round steak, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 c. flour
Cooking oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
Cooked rice, noodles or Chinese noodles

Dredge steak in flour. Brown steak on all sides in small amount of cooking oil. Combine remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve with rice, noodles or Chinese noodles.
