SWEET AND SOUR CORN BEEF 
4 to 7 lb. corn beef brisket with the spices

Do not wash. Place in a roaster and pour solution over it.

Boil until dissolved: 1 c. cider vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 c. water

Pour over corn beef. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, then reduce heat to 325 degrees. Turn brisket over and bake 2 hours more or less. Slice thin and serve.
