APRICOT DELIGHT 
2 sm. pkgs. apricot Jell-O
2 jars apricot baby food
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix Jell-O and pineapple with all juice, sugar and water. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute; add baby food. Pour over softened cream cheese. Beat with mixture until light and foamy. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm.
