APRICOT AND PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jar strained apricot baby food
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed
Chopped pecans

Combine pineapple and gelatin in small saucepan, stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add sugar, baby food and cream cheese; mix well. Do not beat. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into pan. Sprinkle with pecans and chill until firm.
