APRICOT OR PEACH DESSERT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can apricots or peaches (drained and pureed)
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; cool. Drain and puree the fruit; add to gelatin. Whip sour cream and ice cream together and fold into gelatin. Pour into a mold and chill. Serves 8.
