ERICA'S ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) box tri-colored rotini pasta (Barilla)
1 head of broccoli
1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow)
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained (Hunts)
1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained (Pearls)
1 (16 oz.) bottle House Italian dressing (Wishbone or Kraft)

Boil pasta until almost tender. Cut broccoli and put florets aside. Clean out inside of pepper and slice into 1/2-inch slices, then cut slices in half. Open tomatoes and olives, drain.

In a bowl mix dressing, tomatoes, olives and pepper slices. Add broccoli florets to boiling pasta when pasta is almost done.

When broccoli is bright green, remove pasta and broccoli. Wash pasta and broccoli in colander with cold water. Add to dressing mix, refrigerate until served.
