HOT SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chili sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. white cooking wine
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. olive oil

Combine above ingredients and set aside.

SAUCE MIX:

1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped parsley
6 scallions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
2 lbs. med. size fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined

Pour oil in deep skillet, heat on medium high 1 minute. Add next 7 ingredients. Stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp, cook 3 minutes. Add sauce mix and cook 1 minute.

Serves 6.
