HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
1 lg. onion 1 clove garlic 1 lb. boneless chuck 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. paprika 1 c. tomato juice 3/4 c. water 8 baby onions 4 med. carrots Cut meat in small cubes. Brown meat. Peel and chop fine the large onion and garlic. Add to browned meat and onion, garlic, tomato juice and water; simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except flour. Cook 1 1/2 on medium heat. Thicken with flour. |
