HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. meat (pork, beef, veal)
2 c. chicken broth
Cubed carrots/potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion until clear. Add meat and brown. Stir in broth and simmer until tender. Add carrots and potatoes. Stir in sour cream and paprika and spices. Simmer until carrots and potatoes are cooked. Serves 4.
