SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
A:

3 c. mashed, cooked yams
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all A together and pour into buttered baking dish. Combine topping ingredients together. Crumble on top. (May want to double topping only). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
