YAM CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes or 4 med. size fresh potatoes

Heat thoroughly and pour off liquid, mash yams. Add ingredients below:

3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. canned milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well with mixer.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake in 300 to 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Can be used for pies.
