FRENCH TOAST WITH BACON 
4 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) loaf French bread (can use any kind of bread)
Salad oil
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
Bacon
Maple syrup

In 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, with a fork, beat eggs and milk until blended. Cut bread in slices and soak bread in egg mixture, coating all sides, until mixture is absorbed. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat 2 tablespoons oil, cook bread until browned on both sides. Remove toast to warm platter and keep warm. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm with bacon and maple syrup.
