BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
9 eggs 3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 6 oz. cheese, grated 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 French loaf bread, or 9 slices, cubed Brown sausage or fry bacon until crisp. Drain. Beat eggs. Add dry mustard and salt and milk. Add bread cubes and stir in cheese and sausage. Refrigerate overnight in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes. Allow casserole to stand a few minutes before serving. If bacon is used, add it just before baking. This reheats nicely. |
