CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped pecans (divide half and half)
Cherries (optional)

Beat cream cheese. Add pineapple until smooth and add green pepper, onion, salt and 1/2 cup pecans. Scrape bowl and form ball. Chill. Before serving roll in pecans and put cherries around. 1 or 2 balls.
