CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped real fine (I don't use quite that much)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Dash of seasoned salt
Optional: chopped red and green candied cherries

Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.

Recipe makes two cheese balls. Use remaining cup of pecans to roll on ball.
