HOLIDAY FRUIT BALLS 
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. dates
6 slices candied pineapple
2 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Chop first 2 ingredients. Grease cookie sheet. Mix well with hands. Make into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan while very hot or they will stick unless teflon pan is used. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
