FRUIT BALLS 
1 lg. egg, well beaten
1 c. dates, finely cut
1 c. coconut
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/8 block Parowax
1 c. sifted icing sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Mix egg, confectioners sugar, dates, nuts, coconut, and peanut butter together and put in refrigerator. When cool, form into balls and return to refrigerator. Melt the chocolates and wax. Dip balls into melted mixture. Can be done easily by inserting toothpick in ball and dipping in hot mix. Remove with aid of knife or fork. Let sit on flat surface until chocolate hardens. These freeze well.
