HOLIDAY FRUIT BALLS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. candied pineapple or dates, chopped
1/2 lb. light raisins
1 1/2 lb. chopped nuts
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine butter, marshmallows and milk in a saucepan, cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Combine cracker crumbs, fruit and nuts in a large mixing bowl, add milk mixture stirring until well mixed. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut. Yield 5 dozen. Yummy.
