LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar (or more)

Mix and press into 8" x 8" pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 325-350 degrees until light brown.

Filling:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. McCormick lemon bits (can be omitted)
2 tbsp. flour

Pour filling mixture into baked crust and bake again for 20-30 minutes at 325- 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cut away from edges of pan. Let stand until cool. Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes about 1 dozen.
