OATMEAL SCOTCHIE PAN COOKIES | |
2 c. unsifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. butter, softened 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. water 1 1/2 c. quick oats 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, water; beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in oats, butter, and scotch morsels. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. |
