PEANUT BUTTER SCOTCHIES | |
1 c. white sugar 1 c. white syrup 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 6 c. Rice Krispies or Special K cereal 1 c. butterscotch chips 1 c. chocolate chips Heat sugar and syrup until sugar is dissolved (do not boil) remove from heat and add peanut butter stir until blended. Add cereal. Spread in buttered 9 by 13 inch pan. In double boiler: melt butterscotch and chocolate chips together and spread over cereal mixture. Cool and cut into squares. |
