Flavor wise this is definitely 5 stars, however mine stuck in the Bundt pan. I know it says to butter and flour the pan but I "Pamed" mine really well. Is that what I did wrong? If anyone has a suggestion I would love to hear.

Leigh Ann, I use Pillsbury spray with flour and cool my cakes for a bit and they should pop right out the pan... I just love making pound cakes!

 Kim replies:
Pam baking spray does not work alone. You still have to use flour after spraying to make sure it doesnt stick.

As for sticking to the pan, you have to let cake cool until warm to the touch. But, don't take the mistake of letting it cool completely. It will also stick to the pan. Went to sleep one time because I was too tired to wait for it to cool. In the morning, it did not want to come out.

Leigh Ann, it is best to use Bakers Joy. Your cakes will not stick to the pan if you use that. I bake a lot.

SUPER! Soft, light, delightful. Just the right amount of sweetness. It smelled so good that we ate it hot out of the oven with cold milk. I didn't even get to put any sort of glaze on it...maybe next time. This recipe is a definite keeper!

So all of the eggs are added at the same time?

 Rebecca (Wisconsin) replies:
Always add the eggs one at a time. Cream with the butter and then scrape before adding the next.. Adding all the eggs at once will "over-saturate" the butter mixture and ruin the whole thing.
