BAKED HAM AND CABBAGE ROLL 
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
4 slices boiled or sliced ham (4 oz.)
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Dash pepper
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. horseradish or mustard
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/3 c. soft butter, melted

Cook cabbage in small amount of boiling water, salted, 9 to 10 minutes. Place about 1/3 cup cooked cabbage and 1 tablespoon cheese on each ham slice, roll up ham from short side. Place seam down in shallow baking dish.

In saucepan, cook onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk and mustard, cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, parsley until cheese melts. Pour over ham rolls. Top with mixed bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
