GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook scrubbed potatoes in salted water until tender; cool and grate.

Add sour cream, cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn into buttered 9x13 inch pan and smooth the top.

Combine melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
