LAURIE'S MEXICAN LASAGNA 
2 lb. hamburger
2 env. taco sauce
1 bag corn chips
2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
1 container Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Mix taco sauce per directions and add to browned hamburger. In oblong dish, coat bottom with broken up chips. Add hamburger mixture then sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over top.

In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 egg and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and spread in dish. Top with remainder of shredded cheese and more chips. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Can be served with salsa.
