MEXICAN LASAGNE 
3-4 tsp. oil
3 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. med. flour tortillas
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Guacamole

Heat oil in large skillet. Add beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Saute until beef is lightly browned. Drain grease; mix sour cream with meat mixture.

Line casserole dish or 9x13 baking pan with a little meat mixture. Add tortillas, meat and cheese in alternating layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Serves 4-6.
