CRAB MOLD 
1 can crab
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons water; set aside. Warm soup, add cream cheese; stir until blended. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise and gelatin; stir well. Add crab, celery and onion. Mix well and pour into mold or bowl. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. NOTE: Shrimp may be used instead of crab.
