CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sherry
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
18 oz. artichokes
1 1/4 c. shell macaroni
3 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat

Melt butter, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add onion and milk, bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes. Flake crab meat, drain artichoke add to the sauce along with sherry. Cook shells until tender. Pour mixture over shells in a casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy.
