CRAB CASSEROLE AU GRATIN 
1 lb. crab meat
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated onion
4 oz. mushrooms
4 tbsp. flour
6 oz. cream
4 tbsp. sherry wine
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in onion and mushrooms. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add flour to pan drippings. Slowly add cream and sherry wine. Stir in sauteed mushroom mixture and crabmeat.

Turn into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded cheese. Return to oven and heat until the cheese is melted.
