BEEF BRISKET | |
5-6 lbs. beef brisket 1 pkg. mushroom gravy 1 pkg. onion gravy Lay sheet of foil in bottom of roaster. Sprinkle 1 package of gravy over foil. Place brisket on top of gravy. Sprinkle other gravy over meat. Place another sheet of foil on top of meat and seal edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Pour gravy (au jus) into gravy bowl. Slice meat when cool. Serve with mashed potatoes. |
