BAR-B-Q BEEF BRISKET 
5 to 7 lb. beef brisket
2 oz. liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. Bar-B-Q sauce

Put brisket in heavy duty foil in a pan. Pour on liquid smoke. Sprinkle with the seasoned salts. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover 7 hours before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Rewrap in foil. Cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Uncover and pour Bar-B-Q sauce over top. Recover and bake 1 additional hour. Let stand 1/2 hour before slicing.
