BAR-B-Q HAMBURGER 
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Put catsup, water, sugar, mustard, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce into a pint jar and shake well. Brown the ground beef and onions in a little fat. Add salt and pepper to taste. When meat is brown, drain off fat and blend in the barbecue sauce, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve on hot buns.
