BAR-B-Q HAMBURGER | |
1 c. catsup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 lbs. hamburger 1 c. chopped onion Put in pint jar and shake well. Brown 2 pounds hamburger and 1 cup chopped onions in a little fat. Add salt and pepper to taste. When meat is browned, drain off fat and blend in barbecue sauce. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Serve on hot buns. |
